Rentable Facilities & Permits

Planning a company picnic? A family reunion? A casual wedding? A formal wedding? Cincinnati Parks has the spot for you. Please read all rules and regulations prior to signing rental contract for any reserved area. Please note that all areas must be reserved at least two weeks in advance of event. Outdoor park sites are available to reserve from April 15 - October 15.

What's a PDF? Accommodations for up to 300 persons. Facilities include reserved grounds with stationary picnic tables, swings, open shelter and restrooms. No electricity available. All picnic areas must be reserved AT LEAST two weeks in advance of event. Please read all rules and regulations prior to reserving any picnic area.

What's a PDF? Accommodations for up to 75 persons. Open-sided shelters with playground areas. Picnic tables and grills are available at most locations. No electricity is available. What's a PDF? • Maple Ridge and Oak Ridge Lodge
Accommodations beginning at 125 persons with capacities increased with tenting. Settings in the picturesque woods and hills of Mt. Airy Forest, all within a 15 minute drive from downtown Cincinnati. Lodges with kitchen facilities, meeting/social areas, optional catering services and adjacent reserved grounds with recreational amenities.

Krohn Conservatory: Eden Park Call (513) 351-4777 Krohn Conservatory is beautiful to visit, but perhaps you’d like to call it your own, at least for a few hours. Krohn is available for rental for special events – weddings and other unique occasions are made more memorable against its backdrop of giant palms, a tropical rain forest, and an indoor waterfall. Whether you’re planning a wedding, a rehearsal dinner, or company or other special party:
• Krohn can host up to 120 guests indoors
• An adjacent outdoor tented patio now available
• We are handicapped accessible
• There are a number of excellent caterers available for your event
Availability to rent: from 6 p.m. until 11:45 p.m. each evening of the week.
Rental rates for Krohn Conservatory are:
• Six-hour weekend (Friday, Saturday or Sunday): $1400.00
• Butterfly Show (six hours): $1800.00
• Christmas Show/season (four hours): $1000.00

PARK EVENT PERMITS – SPECIAL USE
Planning a community festival, walk for charity, or neighborhood rally? Cincinnati Parks grants special use permits to hold special events in a city park. Please note that all special use applications must be submitted at least two months in advance of event. Applicant may be required to obtain other City permits (health, parade, etc.)

Photo Permit – required for professional photographers & commercial video productions on park property
Metal Detector Permit – required in order to excavate any items from park property. Will need to submit in person and show identification.
