Trail Map Managed by the Hamilton County Park District in partnership with the Cincinnati Park Board, this 63-acre park in Sayler Park meanders along the Ohio River for more than a mile. Hundreds of trees were lost in the tornado that struck in April 1974, but new ones are growing and many majestic veterans survived that storm. Fernbank features hiking trails, fishing areas, a bike trail, playgrounds, and an open field ideal for Frisbees or a game of catch. Watch riverboats and barges from picnic areas, and be on the watch for the many species of birds that nest in this riverside park.
